• Front desk, administrative and customer service role. Assisting new and existing patients. Scheduling the appointments of patients for the Doctor using ATLAS Software. Answering incoming calls and responsible for following up late patients
• Taking orders from customers with Mrs. Field's own touch-screen POS. Operating EFTPOS machine for dine-in/take-away orders. Preparing and serving food and dishes. Barista (On-training).
• Taking orders from customers with TCC's own touch-screen POS. Operating EFTPOS machine for dine-in/take-away orders. Preparing and serving cold drinks. Serving café food cooked by the chefs. Clearing up used dishes and cutlery from tables and wiping them down, ready to reset.
• Home baking skills: quick bread recipe, variety of soft bread (loaves, buns and rolls), cupcakes, muffins, cookies and others. Responsible for the sales and marketing through Facebook ADs. Customer support role: assisting clients regarding their inquiries about the menu, special requests and other concerns.
• Managed accounts through inbound and outbound sales including IT companies and web developers' referral scheme. Maintained an up-to-date product knowledge of existing and new software and applications of the company to market and cross-sell to clients. Created, developed, and maintained professional contacts across assigned territories.
• Conducts financial analysis/assessment for clients who need a life insurance plan (variable unit-linked and non-variable unit-linked). Helps clients achieve their financial goals based on clients' budgets and plans. Build and maintain an up-to-date client profile and database.
• Responsible for proper handling and stability of clinical laboratory samples and specimens. Quality control of clinical laboratory samples and specimens for accurate reading of Medical Laboratory Scientists and Physicians. Rejected hundreds of clinical laboratory samples specimens to provide high quality and precise results to patients.
